Thank you for choosing our services. This page outlines our refund and cancellation policy along with our cancellation fee structure.
Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please contact customer support within 7 days of service delivery to initiate a refund request. Refunds will be processed after verifying that the service was not rendered as per the agreed terms.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of service delivery.
- Refund eligibility is subject to the service not being delivered as agreed.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 7 days of placing it. Please note that the cancellation fee is applied only when a service has been assigned to a professional. If the service is still unassigned (or outsourced and not yet allocated), no cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation Fee Structure
Our cancellation fee structure is designed fairly to compensate our professionals for reserved time. Once a professional is assigned to your job, they block the time slot exclusively for your service. Depending on how close the cancellation is to the service time, the following fees may apply:

Notes:
The cancellation fee is only applicable if a professional has been assigned to your service. If no professional is assigned, no cancellation fee will be charged. In cases where a fee is applied, the fee goes directly to the professional as compensation for the reserved time, during which they cannot accept other jobs.
Vehicle Booking Policy
For all vehicle bookings, full payment must be completed before the drive begins. The journey/trip/ride will not start until the full payment is received.
If the vehicle has already reached your journey/trip/ride starting location and you choose to cancel the booking or fail to make the payment, the booking will be automatically cancelled within 30 minutes. In such cases, the booking amount will not be refunded.
Third-Party Services
Many of the services delivered to your doorstep are provided by third-party vendors or outsourced partners. If a service has not been assigned to any professional, you will not incur any cancellation charges. However, if a professional has been assigned, the predetermined fee structure (as outlined above) will apply.
