About Us

Madad Zaroorat is a rapidly growing company in the FMCG and services sector. We are expanding our field sales operations and are looking for an HR Executive to recruit, train and strengthen our sales force to support business growth.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive HR Executive responsible for end-to-end HR activities for Field Sales Executives — including recruitment, onboarding, training, attendance management, performance tracking and reporting. The role requires strong organisational skills, hands-on people management and the ability to coordinate closely with field teams to ensure targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen and recruit Field Sales Executives.
• Plan and conduct onboarding and initial training programs.
• Monitor daily attendance and maintain accurate HR records.
• Track individual and team performance against daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Coordinate incentive calculations and provide payroll inputs to management.
• Maintain employee documentation and update the staff database.
• Act as the communication bridge between management and the field sales team.

Requirements

• Graduate; BBA/MBA (HR) preferred.
• 0–2 years experience; freshers with strong HR interest are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer/smartphone usage.
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently in a target-driven environment.
