We are seeking energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to promote and sale our New Brand's FMCG products and build strong customer relationships. The role involves direct customer interaction, on-field visits, lead generation, and achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and visit potential customers in assigned areas.
  • Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Report market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
  • Work closely with the team to meet overall business goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10th passed (Graduate preferred).
  • Freshers and experienced both can apply.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Willingness to travel locally.
